Payment & Fees We require 50% down upon booking your reservation and the remaining balance is due before 30 days of arrival. Cleaning Fee: Headquarters: $400 Cabin: $95 Security Deposit: A $1000 (Headquarters) $500 (Cabin) Security Deposit hold will be placed on your Credit Card 3 days prior to your arrival and will be released within 8 hours after your departure as long as no damage was incurred by the guest. Cancellations Cancellations before 30 days of arrival will receive a refund of monies paid, less a booking fee of $100. Cancellations within 30 days of arrival, late arrival, or early departure receive no refund. If your dates are booked by another party, we will refund the nightly rate that the new guests paid minus any additional booking platform fees . No refund will be provided for nights that we were not able to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and are irreversible. I highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself against unforeseen reasons for cancellation. Natural Disaster & Unforeseen Circumstance There are no refunds for natural disasters or other major events that are out of our control. We highly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to cover your stay in case of a natural disaster or other major event. Depending on the type of trip insurance you purchase, you are usually eligible to be reimbursed by the insurance company for the amount that we do not refund.

-Oct-May 2 night minimum The agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking to keep from cancellation. All rules must be followed to avoid immediate eviction and termination of rental with no refund.
